Office hours: 9 am - 6 pm Monday-Thursday; 9 am - 5 pm Friday
Pre-registration is required for all classes and many of the special events, including those which are free. Registration is on a first come/first served basis.
Participation in events and activities is open to all those who care to take part, and who are registered and/or paid by deadline dates.

Payment Policies
1. Payment for on-going classes is due on the 1st of each month.
2. Payment may be made by check, money order, debit/credit card, or with exact amount cash.
3. A late fee of $10 per person, per class, will be added to the amount due after the 10th of the month for ongoing classes.
4. Payment may be made in person at the Gold Dust or Powell Park Arts Center & Park office during regular business hours, can be mailed, or may be clearly labeled and identified and sent with another participant. In addition, registration forms can be down-loaded via our website at www.villaricaparks.com, completed with a check and mailed to 646 Industrial Blvd., Villa Rica, Georgia 30180.
5. Payment for athletic registration is due at time of registration.
6. Out-of-County fees are required for athletic activities only - Fee is $25/participant.
Building and Grounds Rules
1. No food, drink, or chewing gum allowed in the gymnasium, the gymnastics room, or the aerobics room.
2. No heelies, cleats, or running inside any buildings.
3. No smoking anywhere in any of the buildings.
4. No person shall bring into, or permit any dog, cat or other animal to enter, Gold Dust Park, Fullerville Park, Powell Park Arts Center & Park, Bicentennial Park, Lamar Moody Recreation Center, Stockmar Gold Mine or Spring Lake Park unless such animal is securely leased. Leashes or ties on dogs in the park shall not exceed six feet in length.
5. Free play gym hours vary. Call ahead for times and days.
